One of the most powerful and effective methods Shri Mataji has given us, for our own problems and especially for the problems of the world, is the shoe-beating technique. Mother advised it for working out ego problems, and in these trying times, when World Peace is truly at stake, with the threat coming from the right Agnya of the world, it is perhaps the best tool we have for real global change!
We can't shoe-beat together all around the world, as Mother has taught us that it is only to be performed ​during daylight hours. But we can in our own time, on our side of the globe, to create one continuous shoe-beat, that never stops until the problems resolve! This is an attempt to coördinate ourselves and make sure the shoe-beating never stops until there is a resolve. Find out how below ↓

How does this site work?

At the bottom of this webpage there's a collective calendar that we can all edit.
  1. Choose a slot that suits you, and click on it. The red ones are not yet covered by other yogis. Be sure to double-check your time zone at the bottom right of the calendar, and change it if necessary. 
  2. A window will pop up, where you can select 'yes' in the 'covered?' section. Is it already selected? Then skip to step 3.
  3. Feel free to add who you are and which collective you're from as well, just for fun, so we see which brothers and sisters are joining in, from where  😇
  4. Click the 'save' button
  5. Have a quick read through the suggestions at the bottom of this page, under the calendar ↓
  6. Spread the word, encourage other yogis to join this shoe-beating initiative as well!

A Few Practicalities

Some Guidelines:

  • When shoe-beating, lots of negativity is released, and absorbed by the Mother Earth. Please keep away any picture of Shri Mataji, and hide any pendants
  • We do not shoe-beat our own parents. If needed, ask another yogi to shoe-beat them
  • We do not shoe-beat the chakras
  • It's important to shoe-beat outside, in the daylight. If that's really impossible, a balcony or windowsill with an open window are the last resort
  • When shoe-beating, we look at the sky. We do not look down or at any other people.
  • We generally shoe-beat 108 times. But much more importantly, it's vital to be in Sahasrara, in thoughtless awareness. Follow your vibrations. You can shoe-beat until vibrations get lighter or whenever you feel it's enough
